Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a revolutionary therapeutic method designed to create lasting change by addressing the root causes of your challenges. Combining the best of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy, RTT works with your subconscious mind to uncover and reframe limiting beliefs.
During an RTT session, you’ll enter a deeply relaxed state where we can identify the underlying reasons for the patterns or behaviors you want to change. This process allows us to rewire your thoughts, empowering you to break free from negative cycles and achieve clarity, confidence, and growth.
RTT is known for delivering fast and effective results, often in as few as one to three sessions, making it a preferred choice for people looking for transformation without lengthy therapy timelines.

DescripRTT incorporates hypnotherapy as a core component but goes beyond it. While hypnotherapy focuses on suggestions during a hypnotic state, RTT dives deeper into uncovering and reframing the root causes of your struggles. By integrating additional tools like CBT and NLP, RTT creates a more holistic and effective approach to transformation.tion text goes here

Item descriptionI’m a certified Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) practitioner. The main difference between a practitioner and a therapist is in the certification process. Becoming a practitioner requires extensive training over the course of a year, while upgrading to a therapist title typically involves an additional five-day retreat. While I plan to pursue the therapist certification, it’s important to note that this title doesn’t inherently make someone better at RTT.
Here’s what I’ve learned: The tools of RTT are like a piano. Some people have a natural aptitude for playing—they can sit down, hear a note, and intuitively create music. Others may need more practice, and even with training, they may not excel. It’s the same with RTT. The effectiveness of a practitioner or therapist depends on how well they understand and use the tools, their dedication to honing their craft, and their ability to connect with clients.
I’ve worked with both therapists and practitioners, and their skill levels have varied significantly. Some struggled to guide me into a hypnotic state, while others brought me to deep awareness and profound transformation. What matters most isn’t the title—it’s the person behind it.
When deciding whether someone is the right fit for you, I encourage you to:
Look at their supporting materials.
Watch their videos or read their content to see if they speak to you.
Observe the effort they’ve put into their practice.
For me, RTT is not just a certification—it’s a craft I’ve dedicated myself to mastering. That’s why I offer multiple ways to work with me, from free resources to discovery calls and various session types, so you can feel confident in your decision.
