1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") governs all services provided by Sublime Focus.

By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Initial Consultation

2.1 Free Consultation Offer

  • Complimentary 20-minute online consultation
  • Assessment and goal-setting focused
  • No therapeutic services provided

2.2 Consultation Scope

  • Needs assessment
  • Goal establishment
  • Treatment approach determination

3. Service Packages

3.1 Individual Services

  • One-on-one therapy sessions
  • Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)

3.2 Group Services

  • Group therapy sessions
  • Workshops

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 In-Person Sessions

  • $100 non-refundable deposit required
  • Balance due 48 hours before the session

4.2 Online Sessions

  • Full payment ($250) required 24 hours prior
  • 24-hour cancellation policy

  • Office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
  • Response time: 24 business hours

8. Client Safety and Requirements

  • Under 18: In-person with guardian
